Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast solutions for those of us rushing out of the house in the morning. The addition of mixed berries and chia seeds add a textural and flavor contrast that will have you going in for a scoop after scoop.
Ingredients
For the Berry Overnight Oats
- 1/2 Cup oats, such as Quaker® Oats
- 1/2 Cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 Cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 Cup mixed berries and fruit
Directions
For the Berry Overnight Oats
Add oats to your container of choice and pour in milk. Next, layer the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and mixed fruit and berries. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
