- 1 Pound Ground Chuck Beef
- 1 Pound Chorizo Sausage - casing removed
- 6 Ounces Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Guacamole
- 6 Slider Buns
1. Place the ground beef and chorizo sausage in a bowl. 2. Gently combine them together, using care not to overwork the meat. 3. Form the meat into six equal sized patties. 4. Using a grill or saute pan, cook the burgers until they are thoroughly browned on one side (approximately 5 minutes). 5. Flip them over, cook for another 2 minutes and then add the cheese. 6. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked through. 7. Pile the burgers on slider rolls and top with guacamole.
