When you’re out of dinner options, go simple. Make delicious and hearty beef burritos — you won’t be sorry. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound extra-lean ground beef
  • 2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed
  • 2/3 Cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 Cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Salsa, for serving
  • Sour cream, for serving

Directions

Cook meat with beans, chili powder, salt, and pepper in large skillet on medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.
