Make ahead and freeze:
Assemble turkey tenderloins and place in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Freeze. Thaw and bake as directed above.
- 2 Pounds boneless turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 6 pieces
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt & herb seasoning
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 Cup smoky bacon barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle turkey tenderloins with sea salt & herb seasoning. Wrap each tenderloin with bacon slices. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Brush with smoky bacon barbecue sauce; continue baking 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
