Basic White Rice Recipe

Here's a simple recipe for making white rice. You can use this recipe to serve alongside your favorite meal, or expand on it and make it your own. 

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups water
  • 2 Cups rice

Directions

In a medium-sized pot, bring four cups of water to boil. Add rice and stir briefly until rice is dispersed evenly in the pot.

Cover pot and reduce heat to low. Let the rice simmer for 20 minutes.
