  • 4 Cups water
  • 2 Cups rice

Directions

Step 1: In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to boil. Add 2 cups rice and stir briefly until rice is dispersed evenly in the pot.

Step 2: Cover pot and reduce heat to low. Let the rice simmer for 20 minutes.
