Ingredients

For the Banana-Nut Hot Cakes

  • 1 Banana
  • Maple syrup, to top
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ghee
  • 1 Tablespoon walnut butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon walnuts, quartered

Directions

For the Banana-Nut Hot Cakes

Mash bananas in a bowl. Ad in walnut butter, walnuts, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Whisk eggs and add to banana walnut mixture. Grease skillet with ghee over medium heat.

Scoop 1/3 cup batter onto skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining batter. Drizzle organic grade B maple syrup on top if desired and enjoy.  2 pancakes per serving.
