Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • maple syrup, to top
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon walnut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon walnuts, quartered
Directions
  1. Mash bananas in a bowl. Ad in walnut butter, walnuts, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Whisk eggs and add to banana walnut mixture. Grease skillet with ghee over medium heat.
  2. Scoop 1/3 cup batter onto skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining batter. Drizzle organic grade B maple syrup on top if desired and enjoy. 2 pancakes per serving.
