  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 Cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 Tablespoons smooth almond butter or peanut butter

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Purée, turning off the motor and stirring the mixture 2-3 times, until smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 bowls and serve.
