- 1 Package of burger buns, such as Ballpark
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Milk
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Heat your oven to 325 degrees F. On a greased baking sheet, space out burger buns evenly. In a bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Brush onto the tops of each bun. Sprink shredder cheddar cheese and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bun is slightly toasty.
