Most of us cannot get enough cheese when it comes to enjoying a classic burger, but we never think about incorporating it onto the bun! This is a imple and easy way to elevate your burgers using a store-bought bun.
Heat your oven to 325 degrees F. On a greased baking sheet, space out burger buns evenly. In a bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Brush onto the tops of each bun. Sprink shredder cheddar cheese and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bun is slightly toasty.
