Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese yellow cheese
  • 16 Ounces grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, white
  • 1 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Ounces jar diced pimento
  • 1/2 Cup toasted pecan pieces
  • 1 Cup cooked and diced bacon (about 8 strips)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch ground celery seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well-combined and fairly smooth.
