Ingredients
- ¼ cup herbed soft cheese spread
- 2 organic green kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, such as zespri®
- 2 sungold kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, such as zespri®
- 8 slices crisply-cooked lower-sodium bacon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 medium slices bread
Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the cheese on 4 slices of the bread. Divide the kiwifruit, bacon and lettuce over cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
