- 2 apples quartered, seeds removed, and cut into chunks
- 1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 Teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 Teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 Teaspoon ghee
Cook cut apples in one inch of water in a small pot over medium heat. Add spices and cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
Pour into bowl when done cooking and mix in ghee.
