Autumn Pear Salad
A healthy addition to every holiday table, this simple salad showcases in-season pears. Recipe courtesy of Jennie-O.
Ingredients
- 4 Cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 Cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 pears, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Directions
In serving bowl, toss together the greens, blue cheese, vinaigrette, pears, and onions. Serve immediately.
