Apricots With St. André And Mint Recipe

One of my family’s favorite appetizers, this bite-sized snack is easy to make. In the summer, I’ll use fresh apricots. I also will use blue cheese, instead of a triple-cream like St. André, for a less decadent appetizer with a greater punch of flavor.
