- 6 Ounces unfiltered apple cider
- 1 double-shot espresso
- 2 Dashes of Dale DeGroff Pimento bitters
- Orange peel, for garnish
In small sauce pan, heat apple cider to around 130 degrees F.
Combine hot cider, espresso, and bitters in your favorite mug.
Stir gently and garnish with the expressed oil from a slice of orange peel, discarding the peel.
