- 2 apples, cored and diced
- 2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 Cups applesauce
- 2 Cups granola
- 1 Cup Greek-styled vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 Cup toasted walnuts
Combine apples with cinnamon and set aside.
Select 4 glasses or bowls for parfait. Layer 1/4 cup applesauce, 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup diced cinnamon-apples, and 2 tablespoons yogurt per glass or bowl.
Repeat layers and sprinkle each with one tablespoon walnuts.
