- 1 Ounce VSOP cognac, such as Courvoisier
- 1 Ounce lemon sour
- 1/2 Ounce apple brandy, such as DeKuyper
- 4 Ounces apple cider
- Lemon zest, for garnish
- Cinnamon, for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist and a dash of fresh cinnamon.
