Apple Cocktail

This fruity, cognac-based cocktail is perfect for those cold, winter months. The combination of apple, cognac, and cinnamon makes for a comforting, seasonal cocktail.

  • 1 Ounce VSOP cognac, such as Courvoisier
  • 1 Ounce lemon sour
  • 1/2 Ounce apple brandy, such as DeKuyper
  • 4 Ounces apple cider
  • Lemon zest, for garnish
  • Cinnamon, for garnish


Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist and a dash of fresh cinnamon.
