Ah, the mimosa: the quintessential brunch drink. We love this apple cider spin on this great staple morning sip.
2 ounces apple cider
2 ounces Champagne
3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Dip flute rim into water and then cinnamon sugar to coat the rim.
Pour in apple cider and top off with Champagne.
When buying apples, they should be firm, free of bruises, and heavy for their size.
Don’t throw out your overripe fruit – instead blend into a smoothie or salad dressing, add to muffin batter, bake into a cobbler, or boil down with sugar and a little lemon juice to make jam.
