- 1 Cup non-dairy milk
- 2 Ounces dark chocolate
- 1/16 Teaspoon ground vanilla bean
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Peppermint oil, to taste
- 1 smoothie pack, such as Sambazon Original Smoothie Pack
- Natural sweetener (such as honey, agave, or raw sugar), to taste
In a sauce pan, combine milk, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, and peppermint. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning or boiling.
Once the chocolate melts and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, turn off the heat and add in your smoothie pack. Keep stirring to melt.
Serve it up in mugs or seven each cup with honey or sugar to taste.
