1 1/2 parts tequila, such as olmeca altos reposado
1 part ginger liqueur
3/4 parts fresh lemon juice
1/2 parts simple syrup
sparkling water

Directions

In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients except sparkling water and shake. Strain into a glass and top with sparkling water.
