This smoothie features a tasty and healthy alternative to peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 3/4 Cups blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup almond milk
  • 2 Cups ice

Directions

Combine the three ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smoothie has reached desired texture.

Whenever possible, purchase whole, not presliced or chopped nuts. They have a longer shelf life.
