If you want to start your day with something that will give you long-lasting energy all day, start with a delicious and nutritious smoothie. This smoothie combines tea, chia seeds, and smoothie packs to complete the perfect breakfast. 

Ingredients

  • 1 smoothie pack, such as Sambazon Original Smoothie Pack
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 Cup Yerba Mate tea, brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 Cup chia seeds

Directions

Blend the smoothie pack, banana, and the tea until smooth.

Pour into a jar and add the chia seeds. Stir and let the mix sit for at least five minutes. The drink will thicken as the chia seeds form a gel-like texture. Enjoy!
