Make this simple Alfredo sauce recipe with cream cheese, butter, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 Ounces linguine noodles, cooked al dente

Directions

In sauce pan melt 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Add 1 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Once everything has melted, toss over hot linguine.
