‘70s Fondue Party Recipe

Los Angeles' Church & State offers this '70s Fondue Party cocktail featuring Selvarey’s Cacao Rum (a five-year aged in bourbon casks and infused with the finest Panamanian cacao), Old Overholt Rye, fig, Demerara, lime, and garnished with cinnamon dusted figs on the rocks – a fabulous drink that batches well for punches.

Ingredients

  • 1 Black Mission fig
  • 1 3/4 Ounce Old Overholt Rye
  • 1/2 Ounce Selvarey Cacao
  • 1/2 Ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 Ounce Demerera syrup

Directions

Muddle the fig in a mixing vessel. Add remainder of ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously, and double strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with fig and cocoa powder.
