- 1 1/2 Pound sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks
- 1/4 Cup vidalia onion or sweet yellow onion, sliced
- 1/2 Cup chopped green onion
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 Teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Pat ahi dry and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Toss in bowl with remaining ingredients. Serve Hawaiian Style with sticky white rice!
