Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup flax seed
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. In a medium sized skillet set over medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is beginning to bubble, add the oats, flax seed, sunflower seeds, and coconut. Toss it all around in the pan so that it is coated in butter. Drizzle the honey over the top, mix to combine, and press into one single layer covering the whole skillet.
  2. Let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make sure to press the mixture back down into the pan after it’s been stirred.
  3. Turn off the heat, and add the cranberries, salt, and cinnamon. Toss to combine, before pressing it into a single layer in the pan again. Set aside to cool before eating.
