For a thinner consistency add more almond milk. For thicker smoothie add more ice.
- 1 Cup coconut milk, plain
- 1 Cup fresh kale, washed and trimmed
- 1 pear, cut into four pieces
- 1 Tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- 1 Teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 pieces ice
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz.
