Mojito Lime Striped Bass

Grilled fish with the flavors of a popular cocktail

This recipe grills the flavors of a mojito into well-seasoned seafood. The sweet, citrusy and minty taste is perfect for summer grilling.

For the mojito lime grilling salt

  • 1 package of McCormick® Grill Mates® Mojito Lime Marinade Mix
  • 2 Teaspoons coarse sea salt
  • 1 Teaspoon grated lime peel

For the striped bass

  • 1 Pound striped bass filets
  • 2 Teaspoons oil


For the mojito lime grilling salt

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.

For the striped bass

Brush fish with oil.

Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Grilling Salt.

Grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional Grilling Salt at the table.
