Combined with the mango, banana and orange juice, then, this minty mango smoothie is a great way to boost your energy and immunity in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup chopped fresh mango
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • Ice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons dried unsweetened coconut

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
