Mango Smoothie With Turmeric Green Tea and Ginger

Blended together, these ingredients make a bold breakfast smoothie that are full of healthy brain foods.

For the smoothie

  • 2 ea. (or 3 cups) Ripe mango,* peeled, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 Cup Ice (cubed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Cup Brewed green tea (or water)

For the garnish

  • 1/4 Cup Chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Activated charcoal


For the smoothie

Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.

For the garnish

Soak chia seeds in water overnight in the refrigerator.

Mix in soaked chia seeds until incorporated.

Garnish with options of matcha powder and/or activated charcoal.
