Mango Smoothie With Turmeric Green Tea and Ginger
Total time: 6 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2 ea. (or 3 cups) ripe mango,* peeled, diced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup ice (cubed)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup brewed green tea (or water)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon activated charcoal
Directions
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Soak chia seeds in water overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Mix in soaked chia seeds until incorporated.
  4. Garnish with options of matcha powder and/or activated charcoal.
