Mango Protein Smoothie

A great post-workout treat

You don’t even need protein powder for this recipe, since the protein is coming from the low-fat milk and the peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup mango, cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup banana, sliced
  • 3/4 Cups low-fat milk

Directions

Freeze cubed mango overnight.

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
