Mango Berry Lime Smoothie

Fight off free radicals with this smoothie high in vitamins and other important nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup chopped fresh mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 Cup frozen berries (I like a mix of blueberries, strawberries + raspberries)
  • 1 container plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice + zest of ½ a lime

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
