Frozen Yogurt with Whipped Honey

This four ingredient dessert is both satisfying and healthy.

If you don't want to make the whipped honey, you can drizzle honey on top of the yogurt and garnish with violets.


For the dessert

  • 1 quart of whole yogurt
  • 3/4 Cups sugar
  • Whipped honey (recipe below)
  • Violets for garnish (optional)

For the whipped honey:

  • 350 Grams honey
  • 75 Milliliters water
  • 6 Grams Versawhip


For the dessert

Whisk together first three ingredients in a Kitchen Aid mixer for 2-3 minutes. 

Place in a bowl and put in a freezer, every 30 minutes whisk vigorously until you have achieved your soft-serve consistency. 

Top with a dollop of whipped honey and violet flowers. 

For the whipped honey:

Combine all ingredients in mixer, and whisk for 5 minutes.
