Carrot, Apple and Turmeric Smoothie
Total time: 6 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 bunch carrots (4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces)
  • 1 apple cut into 4 pieces (i used honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 3 cubes ice
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water.
  3. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
