Pumpkin Caramels. They might seem intimidating, but caramels are really easy to make. Be sure to use a deep-fry or candy thermometer to watch the temperature of the candy and avoid scorching the bottom of the pan.
Pumpkin Toast. This recipe for pumpkin butter really jazzes up pumpkin purée with some honey and spices. Spread on toast in the shape of a pumpkin and make a face with mini chocolate chips for the best (and easiest) Halloween breakfast ever.
Pumpkin Martini. Adults can get into the Halloween spirit with a simple pumpkin cocktail. Garnish the glass with a pumpkin spice-brown sugar mixture or Halloween nonpareils. First dip the rim of the glass in water or simple syrup and then dip in the garnish.
Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts. No one will know that these doughnuts are made healthy with oats, pumpkin purée, and almond milk.
Pumpkin Cheesecake. This seasonal cheesecake is rich and flavorful, but lower in sugar and fat than traditional cheesecakes.
