Quality Sushi And Sashimi With A Side Of 'Tude
The waitstaff wasn't particularly friendly (even no-flash photography was verboten) and it's not cheap, but the quality of the fish is fantastic. Sushi rolls and sashimi platters feature fish that does what it's supposed to, with little help from seasoning or the staff — it makes you roll your eyes back and savor. So, kudos to the craftsmen that do what they do at Zuma. If you're looking for sushi in Miami, you won't go wrong here. And for all these reasons, this dish made my list of most memorable meals of 2011.
