Pumpkin Spice Waffles

And healthy to boot


A delicious waffle recipe featuring Almond Breeze milk. 


For the waffles

  • 1 Cup Blue Diamond Original or Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Breeze
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons melted buttery spread or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Cups complete honey wheat pancake mix
  • 2/3 Cups canned pumpkin

For the pumpkin agave drizzle

  • 1/4 Cup light agave nectar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tablespoons canned pumpkin


For the waffles

Whisk together Almond Breeze, pumpkin, brown sugar, buttery spread and eggs in a medium bowl. 

Stir in pancake mix and pumpkin pie spice. 

Fill waffle iron about 2/3 full for each waffle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 

Whisk together all pumpkin agave drizzle ingredients in a small bowl. 

Sever over waffles in place of syrup.
