Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Ounce Wild Turkey or other Kentucky bourbon
  • 3 Tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 Ounce maple syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce chai syrup
  • sparkling wine

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Top with sparkling wine. Strain into a chilled, cinnamon sugar-rimmed martini glass.
