Pumpkin Butter

Note: You can also add all ingredients in your slow cooker for 2 hours on low! Your house will smell amazing.. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans organic pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 lemon juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 Cup raw local honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 Cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 Cup apple juice, no sugar added

Directions

Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan covered over low heat for 1 hour. Stir often.
