Pizza Pretzel
The essential cold summer soup from Spain, gazpacho is made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, and country bread soaked in olive oil.

 Gazpacho is a Spanish classic, best made when juicy tomatoes are in season.

Don’t fret, this pizza-fied snack is easier to accomplish than it sounds. Using prepackaged frozen soft pretzels, you can top your already delicious pretzel with a tasty pizza twist that will make your mini snack a whole meal!

  • 1 soft pretzel, prepared according to package directions
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place your prepared soft pretzel on top of a foil-wrapped baking sheet, either for your toaster oven or your regular oven. Pour the marinara sauce evenly onto the pretzel and sprinkle on the oregano. Lay on the slices of pepperoni. Arrange cheese evenly on the pretzel. Put in the toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the pretzel is toasted.
