Pizza Hut Canada Celebrates Diversity With Pizza
To celebrate Canada's diversity, Pizza Hut Canada has rolled out four new pizza flavors, and there are some interesting combinations on the menu.
According to Foodbeast, the new lineup includes a pulled pork pizza topped with "tropical sauce," pulled pork in barbecue sauce, red onions, and mozzarella; a sweet barbecue jerk chicken pizza with cheddar, roasted red peppers, red onions, grilled chicken, bacon, and mozzarella; and a hot sriracha chicken pizza with sriracha sauce, green peppers, banana peppers, grilled chicken, and mozzarella. There is also a pepperoni margherita pizza with "old world sauce," pepperoni, pesto-marinated tomatoes, and mozzarella. All four of the new pizzas sell for $13.73 in U.S. dollars for a medium pizza.
In addition to the four new pizzas, Pizza Hut Canada says it is also introducing two new chicken wing appetizers inspired by Canada's diversity. One will be dressed in hot sriracha sauce, and the other will be coated in a sweet jerk sauce.
This is not the first time Pizza Hut Canada has rolled out some celebratory, Canada-specific pizzas unavailable to the rest of us, like their Cheesy Beef Poutine Pizza and Smoky Maple Bacon Pizza, both of which were introduced last year.
