Pizza Delivery Boy Charged With Raping Customer's Neighbor

A 16-year-old pizza delivery boy was arrested earlier today and charged with raping a woman right after delivering a late-night snack in her neighborhood.

According to the Daily News, Cesar Lucas, who works for New York Sal's Pizza in Hell's Kitchen, delivered a pizza to the Upper West Side at around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. Unnamed sources are cited as saying Lucas was leaving from his delivery when he noticed the door to another building was slightly open, and he went inside, saw a woman sleeping in her bed, and raped her.

The NY Post reports that the woman eventually managed to fight him off and called the police after he ran away. The police found out that a neighbor had ordered a pizza at that time and found Lucas working at the pizzeria, where he was arrested and charged with rape and burglary.

This isn't the first time Lucas has crossed the law while delivering pizzas. The Daily News says he was arrested just over a month ago for burglarizing a different apartment while delivering pizzas.
