Pippa Middleton Gets A Pricey Book Deal
Kate Middleton's arguably spotlight-stealing sister just signed a £400,000 (that's more than $600,000 to us Americans) book deal, sources say.
According to the Telegraph, "The book will be a guide to being the perfect party hostess. It will include recipes, anecdotes, and details of how to throw a range of different types of event."
Middleton's publisher is said to be Michael Joseph of Penguin books; makes sense given their background publishing cookbooks from Jamie Oliver and the River Café series.
Sources say Pippa won't be employing a ghost writer and has decided to start each chapter off with an "amusing anecdote." So now we'll know exactly what to do if any duchesses decide to drop by.
