Petrossian's Tsar Cocktail Recipe
Caviar and cucumber are a natural pairing. Caviar, cucumber, and vodka — even better. This cocktail, inspired by Petrossian's revolutionary Caviarcubes, is an elegant, fresh take on a martini. The pressed caviar adds a nice touch of salt and richness to the drink, and makes an eye-catching garnish for a cocktail party.
Vigorously shake liquid ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled martini glass, and add the strips of cucumber (using a mandolin to get precise cuts is best).
Garnish with a Caviarcube and thin slice of cucumber on a toothpick.
