Panera Bread, the cult favorite (but rapidly expanding) chain specializing in soups, salads, and sandwiches, has unveiled its newest lineup of offerings that will be rolled out at all of its locations soon. The most notable is a shrimp salad sandwich, and there’s also a chilled shrimp and soba noodle salad that’s sure to be a top seller.
Here’s the full lineup. Some items are seeing their first time on the menu, while others are returning favorites.
Shrimp Salad Roll (new): Shrimp salad made with lemon tarragon mayo, accompanied by leaf lettuce, avocado, chopped basil, and Old Bay seasoning on a New England roll.
Chilled Shrimp & Soba Noodle Salad (new): Organic soba noodles, Napa cabbage blend, peanut orange sauce, baby spinach, and orange miso dressing, topped with white shrimp and sesame seeds.
Parmiago Pizza Bagel (new): Made with sun-dried tomatoes and an Italian herb blend, topped with Parmesan and asiago cheeses.
Peach Pecan Crunch Muffin: A reduced-fat vanilla muffin with cinnamon and peach chunks, topped with maple butter pecan granola.
Vegetarian Summer Corn Chowder: Roasted corn, skin-on red potatoes, onions, and tomatoes simmered with sweet cream, poblano peppers, and fresh cilantro.
Fresh Fruit Pastry: Bow-shaped pastry filled with pastry cream and topped with seasonal fruits (fresh strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple).
Steel-Cut Oatmeal with Summer Blueberries and Granola: Organic steel-cut oats with cinnamon crunch topping, fresh blueberries, and maple butter pecan granola.
Strawberry Poppy Seed & Chicken Salad: All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, fresh pineapple, Mandarin oranges, pecans, and fat-free poppy seed dressing.
