Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon local honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan by generously brushing melted coconut or butter. In a large mixing bowl combine/mash almond butter, pumpkin, banana, vanilla, honey and eggs. Sift in remaining ingredients and combine. (sifting will help evenly distribute the ingredients without clumping). Pour batter in pan in your prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
