Ingredients
  • 36 oreos
  • one 8-ounce package of cream cheese
  • 11 1/2 ounce semisweet chocolate
Directions
  1. Add the Oreos to a food processor and mix on high until all the Oreos are completely ground up. Add the cream cheese and continue to mix until you can form a ball out of the mixture. Line a baking pan with waxed paper. Roll the Oreo mixture into 1-inch balls and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Place the finished balls into the freezer for 2 hours, or overnight if possible. Once the Oreo balls have frozen, heat the semisweet chocolate over a double-boiler and roll each frozen ball in the melted chocolate. Place chocolate-covered ball on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet and put in the refrigerator so the chocolate can harden. Take out when the chocolate has hardened and enjoy!
