Grilled Nectarines
Ingredients
  • 1 liter everclear
  • 3 oranges, zested
  • 29 ounce water
  • 33 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 oranges, peeled
Directions
  1. Combine the Everclear, orange peels, water, and simple syrup to taste in a container. Let sit for 30 days, and add the orange zest. Let sit for another 15 days. Filter the limoncello (using a permanent coffee filter or cheesecloth strainer), and bottle.
