Jay-Z (who owns the club) and Beyoncé will serve as hosts of the dinner, which includes only 100 people and costs $40,000 per head to attend. Rumor has it that the event will be the last New York City campaign stop for Obama before the election.
Meanwhile, Mitt Romney returned to the campaign trail this week, attending rally in Mansfield, Ohio. While addressing the crowd Romney criticized Obama for not focusing on the 47 million Americans now on food stamps during his Democratic National Convention speech last week. He remarks, "He didn't mention 47 million people on food stamps. By the way, that's a record number. And not a good record."
