- 2 ounces NOLET's Silver gin
- 3 ounces Fever-Tree Naturally Light Indian Tonic Water
- 2 ounces Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon mixer
- Lemon rind, for garnish
- Sprig of thyme, for garnish
Combine gin, tonic water, bitter lemon soda, and ice in a glass. Stir gently to chill.
To serve, you can either keep the cocktail in the glass you mixed it in or strain into an other without the ice. Rim the serving glass with a slice of lemon rind and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
