No Bake Banana Cheesecake

Don't throw away your overripe bananas. Put them to use! They help make cheesecake extra creamy and sweet.

Ingredients
  • 2 cup non dairy whipped topping
  • 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1 readymade graham cracker crust
  • 1 ripe banana (optional for topping)
Directions
  1. Place whipped topping, cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl and blend with an electric mixer.
  2. Mash the bananas separately. Combine bananas with the cream cheese mixture and mix with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture into pie crust, top with sliced bananas if desired, and refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
